THIS WILL REQUIRE A CERTAIN FLEXIBILITY, AGILITY AND QUICK RESPONSE TIMES TO OUR QUESTIONS AND EXCHANGES, BUT WE HAVE ALREADY TAKEN UP THE CHALLENGE SEVERAL TIMES.
How? We have selected our best partners with whom we have worked for years, and the process itself requires some restrictions in order for express orders to be carried out:
- Limited selection of items. Subject to availability of the item(s). This does not mean that you only have pencils and cups! We can offer a variety of items, and even clothing.
- The desired logo must be sent in high resolution, vector, AI or EPS format.
- Sometimes, only one color printing is possible. Both white and black are considered colors. If you want a color other than black or white, you will need to provide us with the PMS code of the desired color.
- The logo can only be printed in one location on the product.
- It is not possible to receive a preliminary virtual proof. Once the logo and print color is received, the item will go straight into production.
- An express production fee applies, this will be confirmed with your quote.
- Some express delivery charges may apply depending on the expected time.
- Sometimes, there may be a maximum order quantity.
Our team is always ready to support you in this rigorous process. The last ingredient for everything to go as promised is your availability to quickly answer our questions, such as:
- Quantity, choice and color of the product, following our proposals
- Sizes (for garments)
- Delivery address and special instructions if required
- Quick quote approval
- Sending of the logo in the correct format, with the PMS code if necessary
